Give your agent a phone — it calls customers, follows up on deals and rings suppliers for you.

Dialer is an AI voice phone system. Teams use it to make and take real phone calls: an AI voice agent speaks with the person, handles the conversation, and hands you back a full transcript.

What you can do

  • Place outbound AI voice calls to contacts or numbers, with a clear purpose and objective.
  • Answer inbound calls with an AI agent, or run a hybrid mode where your team picks up first.
  • Review call logs, transcripts, summaries, sentiment and follow-up actions.
  • Send and receive SMS (and WhatsApp) alongside voice, with replies kept on the customer's channel.
  • Build voice agents with their own personality, greeting, knowledge base and allowed tools.
  • Run batch and outbound campaigns with budget caps, and read call and campaign reports.
  • Keep a do-not-call list and take voicemails when no one is free.

How to use it

An admin switches Dialer on from Settings → Apps, then completes setup: choose a country, get a local phone number, pick a voice and set the greeting. Some countries need a short regulatory verification first.

From there you create voice agents for inbound and outbound work, describing in plain English what each should do. To make a call you give the agent a purpose and an objective; to receive calls you set office hours and whether the agent or your team answers. Calls are funded by your AI credit balance and metered per minute.

Working with your agent

Describe who to call and what to achieve — your agent places the call, talks to the person, and reports back. Calls always need your approval before they start.

You:    "Call Acme to follow up on the proposal and try to book a meeting next week."
Agent:  Places the call, speaks with Acme, and returns a transcript with the agreed next step.

Tip. Add a pronunciation guide for your company name in agent settings — the voice agent will say it back so you can tune it until it sounds right.
