E-commerce Labels
Compare carrier rates, buy a parcel label and track the shipment — all without leaving your workspace.
E-commerce Labels lets you price and purchase white-label parcel labels from UPS, FedEx and DHL. It's for anyone shipping goods — merchants, fulfilment teams, and the suppliers who provide carrier rates.
What you can do
- Search live shipping rates across UPS, FedEx and DHL by origin, destination and parcel weight.
- Buy a label and get the tracking number and printable PDF, charged to your account balance.
- Track parcels with live carrier milestones, and list your labels by status or carrier.
- Schedule, list and cancel carrier collections so a driver picks up from your address.
- Connect e-commerce stores to sync orders, then create labels straight from an order.
- Link preferred suppliers with a connection code so their negotiated carrier rates are offered first.
- Run a supplier portal: manage carrier credentials, view earnings and bookings, and request payouts.
How to use it
An administrator switches E-commerce Labels on from Settings → Apps, where it sits under the Operations container.
The everyday flow is simple: enter a ship-from and ship-to address with a parcel weight, review the rates that come back, and buy the one you want. The label PDF and tracking number are ready immediately, and you can book a collection if you'd rather the carrier come to you. Connect your online stores to pull orders in and ship them without re-keying addresses. If you work with a shipping supplier, redeem their connection code so their rates are prioritised on every booking.
Working with your agent
Tell your agent where a parcel is going and what it weighs, and it finds the best rate, buys the label and keeps an eye on delivery.
You: "Get me rates for a 2.5 kg parcel from London to New York"
Agent: Returns the available UPS, FedEx and DHL rates with prices and delivery estimates.
How it fits
Labels attribute to the Contacts you ship for, and orders flow in from connected stores. It pairs with Warehouse to fulfil stocked orders straight from your shelves, and your agent can price, buy and track parcels on request.
Tip. Save your common box sizes as presets — picking a box is far quicker than typing dimensions every time you get a rate.
