Search, book and manage flights and hotels in one place — with a managed Travel Wallet.
Flights & Stays is a combined search-and-booking app that goes beyond shortlisting: you can book through Sois, pay from a Travel Wallet, and handle changes and cancellations afterwards. Anyone arranging and confirming travel reaches for it.
What you can do
- Search flights with real-time pricing — by route, dates, passengers and cabin class — and search hotel stays by location, dates, guests and rooms.
- Compare flight offers on price, duration, stops, baggage, refundability and changeability, sorted by cheapest or fastest.
- Book flights and stays through Sois, paying from your Travel Wallet, or record a booking made elsewhere for tracking only.
- Add traveller details, choose seats, add checked bags, and hold a fare to pay later.
- Manage live bookings — accept airline schedule changes, change dates, cancel for a refund, and attach documents to each record.
How to use it
An administrator switches Flights & Stays on from Settings → Apps. Once enabled, it appears in your main navigation.
Search flights or stays, save the offers worth keeping, then book the one you want. Booking through Sois deducts your Travel Wallet and keeps changes and cancellations manageable here; if a fare is tight, top up first or hold it to pay later. For travel booked elsewhere, record it as an external booking so it still appears in your tracked list — though changes then stay with the provider.
Working with your agent
Describe the trip and your agent finds offers, bookmarks the strongest, and keeps your booking status up to date.
You: "Find a return flight from London to Paris next Friday and bookmark the cheapest"
Agent: Searches the route, lists priced options, and bookmarks the lowest fare.
How it fits
Flights & Stays links to people in Contacts and feeds bookings into Travel Planner flight and hotel cards. It pairs with Transfers and Destinations for a full itinerary, and your agent can search, bookmark and update bookings on request.
Tip. Booking through Sois rather than recording an external booking is what keeps changes and cancellations actionable here — and your Travel Wallet balance accurate.
