Form Builder
Design the forms your business runs on, then collect and lock the responses.
Form Builder lets you build custom forms, gather submissions and export tidy A4 PDFs. Anyone who needs to collect structured information — inspections, surveys, sign-offs, intake — reaches for it.
What you can do
- Design forms from a blank canvas with a full set of fields: text, number, dropdowns, checkboxes, radio groups, toggles and dates.
- Capture signatures and file uploads, and add paragraphs and section dividers to lay the form out clearly.
- Import an official PDF and let the workspace map its fields so you can fill and print back to the original layout.
- Collect submissions, then lock or finalise a response so it can't be changed.
- Search and filter submissions by template, status or content.
- Export any submission to a clean A4 PDF.
How to use it
An administrator switches Form Builder on from Settings → Apps. Once enabled, it appears in your navigation.
Build a form once for anything you collect repeatedly — a safety check, a feedback survey, a booking request. Drag in the fields you need, or import an existing PDF and let the workspace recognise its structure. As responses come in they gather under the template; when one is complete and signed off, lock it so it stays a faithful record, and export it to PDF whenever you need a printable copy.
Working with your agent
Describe the form you want and your agent designs the fields, adjusts the layout and pulls reports on what's been submitted — without you placing each field by hand.
You: "Build a vehicle inspection form with a checklist, photo upload and a signature"
Agent: Designs the form with those fields, ready to publish and collect.
How it fits
Forms can be scoped to other apps and reference Contacts, so a submission ties back to the right account. Submissions export to PDF much like Documents, and trends across responses surface in Reports. Your agent can design forms and summarise the submissions that come in.
Tip. Lock a submission as soon as it's signed off — it turns a working response into a tamper-proof record you can stand behind.
