Reports is the single surface that discovers the reports each installed app declares and renders them together, with filtering, AI explanations and on-demand insights. Anyone who needs to see how the business is doing reaches for it.
What you can do
- Browse a unified catalogue of every report your installed apps provide, grouped by category — operations, money, customers, marketing, inventory, quality and more.
- Filter any report by date range, with handy presets like last 7 days, month to date or year to date.
- Build ad-hoc tabular reports across your data sources and save them as reusable templates.
- Re-run saved reports any time, and export results to CSV.
- Ask for AI insights — explanations, forecasts and suggestions — generated on demand for the report in front of you.
- Mark reports as favourites and jump back to recently opened ones.
How to use it
An administrator switches Reports on from Settings → Apps. The catalogue fills up as you install apps that ship reports, so the more of Sois you use, the richer it becomes.
Open a report whenever you need a read on the business, then narrow it with a date range or filters until it answers your question. When you want more than the numbers, ask for an AI insight and get a plain-English explanation or forecast. Build your own ad-hoc report across a data source, save it as a template, and re-run it whenever you need it — favourite the ones you check often so they're always to hand.
Working with your agent
Tell your agent the question and it picks the right source, runs the report, applies filters and explains what the figures mean — no menus to navigate.
You: "Show me invoices raised this quarter grouped by customer"
Agent: Runs the report against your accounting data and summarises the standouts.
How it fits
Reports draws on data from across your workspace — invoices from accounting, Contacts, deals, Form Builder submissions and more — so it only grows as you add apps. Saved queries become reusable Templates, and your agent can build, run and interpret reports for you.
