Team Members
Your own people in one place — see who's on the team, manage their access and keep profiles up to date.
Team is the directory of the colleagues who work inside your Sois workspace. Administrators reach for it to invite new team members, view profiles and manage logins.
What you can do
- See every team member with their name, email, role and department.
- Tell admins and members apart at a glance.
- Invite a new colleague to join your workspace.
- View and edit a team member's profile and preferences.
- Reset a team member's password when they're locked out.
- Manage team seats from one settings area.
How to use it
An administrator switches Team on from Settings → Apps. Once enabled, it appears in your navigation as your team directory, and team management opens from the explorer's manage action.
Invite colleagues as they join, set their role, and place them in the right department. Keep profiles current over time, and reset a password from a member's record whenever someone needs back in. Because team seats are counted for your plan, the list doubles as a quick view of how many seats you're using.
Working with your agent
Ask your agent to look people up, invite colleagues or reset access, and it handles the directory work — confirming with you before anything sensitive.
You: "Who's on the team in the sales department?"
Agent: Lists the team members in sales with their roles, ready for you to act on.
How it fits
Team is your internal counterpart to Client Users, which manages external logins. Team members are organised into Departments, and an HR employee can be promoted into a team login from HR. Your agent reads the directory and handles invites and password resets on request.
Tip. Keep departments filled in on every profile — it's what makes "who's in sales?" and team-wide reports actually work.
