Search, compare and shortlist ground transport from a live worldwide data feed.

Transfers is a focused search-and-save app for arranging the journey on the ground — airport pickups, private cars, taxis and shuttles. Anyone planning a trip reaches for it to cover the leg between the airport and the door.

What you can do

• Search ground transfers from an airport (by IATA code) to a destination address and city, with a pickup date and time.
• Choose the transfer type — private, shared, taxi, hourly or airport express — and set the number of passengers.
• Compare offers on price, vehicle category and seats, provider, distance, duration and cancellation policy.
• Save the offers you like to a Saved Transfers list, with notes attached.
• Track each saved transfer through its lifecycle — saved, booked, expired or archived — and review upcoming transport at a glance.

How to use it

An administrator switches Transfers on from Settings → Apps. Once enabled, it appears in your main navigation.

Open a new search, enter the pickup airport and the destination address and city, then set your pickup date and time, transfer type and passenger count. Review the vehicle options and cancellation terms, save the ones worth keeping, and mark a transfer as booked once it is confirmed. The Saved Transfers view holds your shortlist and upcoming pickups.

Working with your agent

Describe the pickup, drop-off and timing and your agent searches the options and saves the best match.

Agent:  Searches the route and lists private vehicle options with prices.

How it fits

Transfers links saved offers to people in Contacts and completes the picture alongside Flights and Hotels. Saved transfers feed Travel Planner transport cards, and your agent can arrange ground transport on request.

Tip. Always check the cancellation policy before saving — transfer terms vary widely by provider and vehicle type.
