Warehouse
Map every aisle, bay and bin — then know exactly what stock you hold, where it sits, and what it's worth.
Warehouse is the inventory and fulfilment core of your Sois workspace. Operations teams, fulfilment staff and anyone holding stock on a customer's behalf reach for it to organise space, move goods and keep counts honest.
What you can do
- Map a warehouse floor into aisles, rows and columns, auto-generating every storage location from that layout.
- Register the items you hold in a SKU catalogue, with units of measure, reorder points, dimensions and kit or variant relationships.
- Receive, dispatch, move, reserve and adjust stock — every change logged as an auditable transaction.
- Run the inbound and outbound workflow end to end: goods received notes, pick lists, pack and dispatch.
- Get AI-ranked putaway suggestions so incoming stock lands in the best free location.
- Run stock counts (full, by aisle or by location) and apply variances as adjustments in one step.
- See low-stock, out-of-stock and inventory valuation reports, plus customer storage billing.
How to use it
An administrator switches Warehouse on from Settings → Apps, where it appears under the Operations container.
Start by adding a warehouse and describing its aisle layout — Sois generates the storage locations for you. Register the items you'll hold in the catalogue, then receive stock against locations as it arrives. From there the day-to-day is movement: pick and pack outbound orders, run periodic counts to keep figures true, and review valuation and low-stock reports to decide what to reorder. Customers you store goods for can view their own holdings and request collections through their portal.
Working with your agent
Describe what you need moved, counted or reported, and your agent works the floor for you — finding stock, suggesting where to put it, and surfacing what's running low.
You: "Where should I put away 40 units of SKU-000123, and what are we low on?"
Agent: Suggests the best free location for the putaway and lists every item below its reorder point.
How it fits
Warehouse links stored stock to the Contacts you hold it for, so customer storage and collections stay attributed correctly. It pairs with E-commerce Labels to fulfil online orders straight from your shelves, and your agent reads and writes stock so you can run inventory by conversation.
Tip. Record item dimensions in the catalogue early — accurate sizes are what let Sois calculate capacity and rank putaway suggestions properly.
