HR
A complete people department in one app — hiring, your employee directory, leave, onboarding, reviews, training, time and policies.
HR brings every part of running a team into your Sois workspace. People managers, team leads and anyone responsible for staff reach for it to recruit, look after employees and stay on top of the admin.
What you can do
- Run hiring pipelines — track candidates through stages from applied to offer, with custom pipelines per role.
- Keep an employee directory with profiles, jobs, departments and a 360° view of any one person.
- Manage leave — requests, approvals, balances and a time-off picture across the team.
- Onboard new hires from checklists and templates, and tick items off as they're done.
- Run performance review cycles, capture self and manager assessments, and track goals.
- Log training and certifications, and see what's expiring soon.
- Track time with clock in/out and timesheets, publish policies and record acknowledgements, and handle grievances.
How to use it
An administrator switches HR on from Settings → Apps. Once enabled, its sub-sections appear in your navigation — Dashboard, Hiring, Employees, Leave, Onboarding, Reviews, Training, Time Tracking, Policies and Grievances.
Start from the dashboard for a snapshot of headcount, open positions, pending leave and reviews due. Add candidates as you recruit, promote a hire into an employee record, then keep leave, onboarding and reviews moving from each person's profile. Invite an employee to the team to give them a login when they need one.
Working with your agent
Ask for the people picture you need and your agent gathers it across every HR area in one go, briefing you before a review or a one-to-one.
You: "Tell me everything about Alex Smith before our one-to-one"
Agent: Returns a single briefing — profile, leave balance, onboarding, training and recent time.
How it fits
HR sits alongside Departments, which gives the structure employees are organised into, and connects to Team when you invite an employee to a workspace login. People records relate back to Contacts, and your agent can read dashboards, file leave and brief you on any employee.
Tip. Use the dashboard each Monday — pending leave and reviews due are the two things that quietly pile up if no one looks.
