The agentic ERP assistant in your pocket — run your business by chat and voice. The Sois mobile app is not a shrunken version of the workspace you use in a browser. It is a focused companion built around one idea: you ask, and your agent does the work across your whole operation.
What it is
If you already run your business on Sois, the mobile app is that same workspace — now answering to your voice. Instead of navigating screens, you hold a conversation. Type or talk in plain words and Sois finds the customer, books the job, raises the invoice, updates the task and follows up, reaching every module and every app you have installed through a single chat.
It is available for iPhone and Android, in all nine supported languages, with automatic language detection.
What you can do
- Just ask — it does the work. "Find Maria's account." "Book Thursday at 9." "Send the quote." Sois takes the action and shows each step as a clear, plain-language chip so you always see exactly what it did.
- Talk hands-free. Hold the voice orb and have a real conversation — driving, on a job, between meetings — while Sois listens, replies and gets things done.
- Let it answer your calls. Hand an incoming call to your agent: it greets the caller, takes details, captures a voicemail and writes the follow-up straight into your workspace.
- Have it make calls for you. Ask Sois to call a customer back, chase an outstanding job or confirm an appointment — it dials out, holds the conversation and logs the outcome.
- Reach every module in one conversation. Contacts, tasks, calendar, inbox, invoices and every installed app, without hunting through menus.
How it works
The app is permission-aware: Sois only does what your role allows, and asks before anything sensitive. You sign in your way — password, passkey or single sign-on, with two-factor protection — and your AI credit balance is shared across every device, topped up in Settings.
Each action appears as a step you can trust, so delegating never means losing sight of what happened.
How it differs from the desktop and browser

- Browser & desktop — sit and work. When you want the full visual workspace — boards, tables, documents, settings — reach for the desktop app or any browser.
All three are the same workspace and the same data. Use whichever suits the moment.
Tip. Set up the dialer and your calendar before you travel — then the mobile agent can answer and make calls, and book around your day, entirely by voice.
