People Tracker

See where every team member is working on any given day, plotted on one interactive map.

People Tracker records and maps your team's daily locations — office, home, a client site or remote. Managers and operations leads reach for it to know who's where before planning visits, cover or call-outs.

What you can do

  • Plot team member locations on an interactive map for any chosen date.
  • Switch between a map view and a list view of the same data.
  • Tag each entry by type — office, home, client site, remote or other.
  • Record an address (geocoded to coordinates), a date, timezone and optional notes.
  • Filter by team member, location type or date range to focus the picture.
  • See at-a-glance totals like how many people are active today.
  • Search across team members and locations to find an entry fast.

How to use it

An administrator switches People Tracker on from Settings → Apps. Once enabled, it appears in your main navigation.

Add a location entry whenever you want to record where someone is working — pick the team member, choose the date, and give an address or coordinates with an optional location type and notes. Then open the map for any day to see the whole team at a glance, or switch to the list view and filter by person, type or date range. It's the quickest way to answer "who's on site today?" before you plan a visit or arrange cover.

Working with your agent

Ask your agent to add an entry or pull up the map, and it handles the lookup and plotting for you.

You: "Show me the team location map for today"
Agent: Opens today's map with each team member plotted at their recorded location.

How it fits

People Tracker draws on your team members and complements scheduling across Sois — knowing who is where pairs naturally with calendars and field work. Your agent can add locations and surface the map on request, and the Contacts directory provides the client sites people visit.

Tip. Tag entries by location type consistently — it makes "everyone on a client site this week" a one-filter answer.
