Add a Zoom meeting link to any calendar event in one click.

Zoom connects your Zoom account to Sois so you can mint video meeting links without leaving your workspace. Anyone who schedules calls — sales, support, or the whole team — reaches for it when an event needs a join link.

What you can do

• Connect your Zoom account securely so Sois can create meetings on your behalf.
• Create a Zoom meeting link straight from a calendar event or for an ad-hoc call.
• Set a meeting topic, start time and duration when you create the link.
• See the join URL added to your event ready to share with attendees.
• Manage your connected Zoom accounts and disconnect any you no longer use.

How to use it

An administrator switches Zoom on from Settings → Apps. Once enabled, connect your Zoom account from the Zoom area — you'll be sent to Zoom to authorise access, then returned to Sois.

With an account connected, adding a video link to a meeting is a single action: give the event a topic and time, and Sois creates the Zoom meeting and drops the join URL into the event. Share it with attendees as you would any other meeting detail. If you ever need to revoke access, disconnect the account and no further links can be created with it.

Working with your agent

Ask your agent to set up a call and it creates the Zoom meeting and hands back the link, ready to put on an event or send round.

You:    "Create a Zoom link for tomorrow's project kickoff at 2pm"
Agent:  Creates the Zoom meeting and returns the join URL for the event.
