Agent Web Browser

Give your AI agent eyes on the live web — searching and reading any page in real time.

The Agent Web Browser lets your agent search the internet and pull content straight from any URL as it works. It's for anyone who wants answers grounded in up-to-date information from outside the workspace.

What you can do

  • Let your agent search the web for current information — news, prices, weather, reviews, addresses and more.
  • Extract the readable content of any web page from its URL, in real time.
  • Ground answers and tasks in live external facts rather than stale knowledge.
  • Research a topic, compare options, or look something up mid-conversation without leaving your chat.

How to use it

An administrator switches the Agent Web Browser on from Settings → Apps. Once enabled, it works quietly in the background — there's no separate screen to open.

You use it simply by asking. When a question needs information from the open web, your agent decides to search or to read a specific page, fetches what it needs, and folds the result into its reply or into the task it's running. You can point it at a particular link ("read this page and summarise it") or leave the searching to it.

Working with your agent

This app exists entirely for your agent — you describe what you want to know, and it browses on your behalf, returning a clear answer rather than a list of links.

You: "Look up this supplier's opening hours and add them to their contact"
Agent: Searches the web, finds the hours, and saves them to the supplier record.

How it fits

Web Browser feeds the rest of your workspace with outside facts — your agent can research a company before saving it to Contacts, enrich a Marketing campaign with current data, or fact-check a draft in Blog. It's one of the core capabilities your agent draws on whenever a request reaches beyond your own data.

Tip. Give it the URL when you already have one — pointing your agent straight at a page is faster and more precise than asking it to search.
