Marketing

Your AI marketing department — strategy, campaigns, content and analytics in one place.

Marketing is an AI-powered toolkit for planning campaigns, writing content, running email sequences, building audiences and measuring results. Anyone responsible for promoting the business — owner, marketer or agency — reaches for it.

What you can do

  • Build strategic marketing plans with AI-generated strategy, SWOT analysis, target audience and channel mix.
  • Create and run campaigns across email, social, SMS, landing pages, ads and blog — single- or multi-channel.
  • Generate high-quality copy using proven copywriting frameworks (AIDA, PAS, BAB, 4Ps), with A/B variants.
  • Design email drip sequences and enrol contacts into them.
  • Build audience segments from contact filter rules and preview who they'll reach.
  • Publish landing pages, schedule social posts, run A/B tests, and keep a content calendar.
  • Track performance with analytics, campaign reports and AI recommendations, all kept within a brand kit for consistent voice.

How to use it

An administrator switches Marketing on from Settings → Apps. Once enabled, it appears in your main navigation with a dashboard, plans, campaigns, a content library and more.

Start with a plan that captures your goals and audience, then launch campaigns under it. Describe the content you need and let the AI draft it in your brand voice, ready to refine, A/B test and publish. Build segments to decide who hears each message, schedule the sends, then watch the analytics and act on the recommendations to improve the next round.

Working with your agent

You set the goal; your agent acts as your CMO — drafting copy, shaping campaigns and reading the numbers back to you.

You: "Write a launch email for our spring promotion and send it to active customers"
Agent: Drafts the email in your brand voice and targets your active-customer segment.

How it fits

Marketing reaches into Contacts to build segments and target sends, drafts long-form pieces you can publish through Blog, and runs deliveries through your Inbox. Your agent can plan, generate and launch on your behalf.

Tip. Fill in your brand kit first — once your voice and context are set, every piece of generated copy comes back sounding like you.
