Inbox
One place for all your email — read, search and reply across every connected account.
Inbox is a unified email workspace that brings your Microsoft, Google and Zoho accounts together. Anyone who handles customer correspondence reaches for it to keep on top of replies without leaving Sois.
What you can do
- Connect multiple email accounts (Microsoft, Google and Zoho) into one view.
- Read, search and browse messages across every connected mailbox and folder.
- Compose new emails, save drafts, and send when you are ready.
- Reply to and forward messages, or resend something that did not land.
- Pull quick answers out of your mail — login codes, the latest message from a sender, the gist of a thread.
- Keep an eye on draft replies you have started but not yet sent.
How to use it
An admin switches Inbox on from Settings → Apps, then connects each email account from Inbox settings — a one-time sign-in per provider.
Once an account is connected, your incoming mail flows into the unified view. Search by sender, subject or content to find what you need, open a thread to read it, and compose or reply in place. Drafts are saved automatically so you can pick a reply back up later.
Working with your agent
Hand the busywork to your agent: ask it to find a message, summarise a thread, or draft a reply, and it works across all your connected mailboxes. Sending is always confirmed with you first.
You: "What's the latest email from Acme, and draft a short reply confirming the meeting?"
Agent: Finds the most recent Acme message, summarises it, and prepares a reply for your approval.
How it fits
Inbox links senders to your Contacts so conversations sit alongside the people they belong to. Your agent reaches into Inbox the same way you would — see Connect your agent. It also pairs naturally with Notifications, where you can ask to be woken the moment a particular email arrives.
Tip. Ask your agent for the verification code from your latest sign-in email — it will find and read it back without you opening a thread.
