Notifications

Real-time alerts that keep you and your team on top of what matters.

Notifications is your in-app alert centre. It delivers urgent alerts, team-wide announcements and personal notifications as actionable cards that link straight to the source — anyone who wants to stay in the loop relies on it.

What you can do

  • See real-time alerts arrive live, with unread counts at a glance.
  • Filter by all, unread or urgent, and mark items read, unread or dismissed.
  • Open a notification's action to jump straight to the entity it came from.
  • Send personal notifications to a colleague, or broadcast team-wide and urgent alerts.
  • Search and list notifications by type, source or date.
  • Set agent watchers — a "wake me when X happens" trigger that fires once and pings you.
  • Tune preferences: mute all, urgent-only mode, or a notification sound.

How to use it

An admin switches Notifications on from Settings → Apps. From then on, alerts from across Sois surface in the bell-style centre as they happen, each card carrying a deep link back to its source.

Open the centre to triage: read the new items, mark them done, or follow an action through to the task, event or message behind it. With broadcast permission you can announce something to the whole team or raise an urgent alert. To stay focused, switch on urgent-only mode or mute everything for a while.

Working with your agent

Ask your agent to catch you up, send an alert, or stand watch for a future event — it sets a one-shot watcher and notifies you the moment the condition is met.

You: "Let me know the moment an email from Sarah about the renewal arrives."
Agent: Arms a watcher and pings you with a toast and a new chat turn as soon as it lands.

How it fits

Notifications carries alerts from every app, with watchers built on Inbox for incoming mail. Your agent both reads and raises notifications through the same tools you use — see Connect your agent — and personal alerts can point at the right Contacts or records for one-tap follow-up.

Tip. Turn on urgent-only mode during heads-down work — you will still catch critical alerts while everything else waits quietly.
