Flights

Search, compare and shortlist flights from a live worldwide data feed.

Flights is a focused search-and-save app for finding the right air route. Anyone arranging travel — for themselves or a colleague — reaches for it to compare options before booking.

What you can do

  • Search flights between any two airports by IATA code, with departure and optional return dates for one-way or round trips.
  • Set passengers, cabin class (economy, premium economy, business, first) and filter to non-stop only.
  • Compare offers on price, duration, number of stops, airline and segments, with best-price and fastest options surfaced.
  • Save the offers you like to a Saved Flights list, with notes attached.
  • Track each saved offer through its lifecycle — saved, booked, expired or archived — and link flights to team members and contacts.

How to use it

An administrator switches Flights on from Settings → Apps. Once enabled, it appears in your main navigation.

Open a new search, enter your origin and destination airports and your dates, then refine by passengers and cabin. Review the results, save the ones worth keeping, and mark an offer as booked once it is confirmed elsewhere. The Saved Flights view becomes your shortlist and running record of who is flying where.

Working with your agent

Describe the route and dates and your agent runs the search, surfaces the best options, and saves the ones you want to keep.

You: "Find the cheapest non-stop flight from London to New York on 15 March"
Agent: Searches the route and lists the lowest-priced direct options.

How it fits

Flights links saved offers to people in Contacts and to team members, so trips stay tied to who is travelling. It complements Hotels and Transfers for full itineraries, feeds into Travel Planner cards, and your agent can search and shortlist on your behalf.

Tip. Not sure of an airport code? Search by city or airport name — the field accepts both and resolves to the right IATA code.
