Hotels

Search, compare and shortlist accommodation from a live worldwide data feed.

Hotels is a focused search-and-save app for finding the right place to stay. Anyone arranging a trip reaches for it to compare properties before booking.

What you can do

  • Search hotels in any city by IATA city code, with check-in and check-out dates.
  • Set the number of guests and rooms, and filter by minimum star rating.
  • Compare offers on nightly and total price, room type, rating, distance and guest reviews (staff, cleanliness, comfort, facilities, value).
  • Save the properties you like to a Saved Hotels list, with notes attached.
  • Track each saved stay through its lifecycle — saved, booked, expired or archived — and review upcoming stays at a glance.

How to use it

An administrator switches Hotels on from Settings → Apps. Once enabled, it appears in your main navigation.

Open a new search, enter the city and your dates, then set guests, rooms and any star-rating filter. Review the results — including guest-review breakdowns — save the properties worth keeping, and mark a stay as booked once it is confirmed. The Saved Hotels view holds your shortlist and the record of upcoming stays.

Working with your agent

Describe the city, dates and standard you want and your agent runs the search and saves the strongest options for you.

You: "Find a four-star hotel in Paris for two nights from 1 April"
Agent: Searches the city, filters to four-star properties, and lists the best-rated options.

How it fits

Hotels links saved stays to people in Contacts and complements Flights and Transfers for a complete itinerary. Saved stays feed Travel Planner hotel cards, and your agent can search and shortlist accommodation on request.

Tip. Check the guest-review breakdown, not just the star rating — cleanliness and value scores often tell you more about a stay than stars alone.
